Dispatch Hub is a logistics platform that connects businesses and individuals with reliable, on-demand delivery riders. While the mobile app powers dispatch operations, the website serves as the public-facing hub that introduces the platform, highlights its features, and supports rider engagement.
My role focused on designing and developing the website experience — ensuring it clearly communicated the app’s value, integrated package tracking, and provided a smooth registration and login flow for riders. I also designed a dashboard interface that allows riders to easily access and manage their delivery details.
The goal was to create a simple, modern, and accessible website that mirrors the efficiency of Dispatch Hub’s logistics network.

Rider Registration & Login Flow
Frictionless Process: Designed a short, intuitive registration and login flow to make onboarding seamless for riders.
Guided Interface: Included clear prompts and success feedback to reduce drop-offs during the sign-up process.
Rider Dashboard Design
